
After months and months of looking at flowers, I'm FINALLY beginning to get it! Flowers can certainly be lovely. I have previously posted about my love for (aka obsession with) dahlias and mentioned on numerous occasions, my obsession with orchids. Then I saw these lovelies:

Aren't they adorable...and a little weird, BUT what are they!?!? I don't know anything about flowers and try as I might, I can't make google produce the information that I seek!

I didn't think much of them at first, but I'm really loving the way they look in the little glass vase. So who can help me out?!? What are these lovelies called?
I think those are astilbe (sp). I used to plant those. They are quite lovely indeed.
ReplyDeleteI agree - they come in white, pink, lavender or red. I love the way they are incorporated into the last bouquet - lovely!
