DIY: Tulle & Chiffon Gorgeousness

My new favorite thing about wedding planning is that I can expect to get a half a dozen emails/gchats with wedding ideas from loving friends and family.

I have a lot of extra tulle from my DIY project earlier this week so perhaps I'll give this a try this weekend. I have a paper due this Monday so it may not happen but we'll see.
